Refund policy

Returns are allowed within 30 days after product delivery for unopened items. Any opened items can also be returned but may not be eligible for a full refund depending on circumstance. It's the store manager's discretion to fully refund opened items. Store credit may be granted instead of a refund. Any products that are non-refundable will say so in their descriptions which a rare. Please contact support if you have any further questions. All returned purchases are subject to a 20% restocking fee and the cost of shipping being placed against the refund or store credit depending on the circumstances of the reason for the return.

Exchanges
Exchanges are allowed within 30 days after product delivery. Store credit can be issued instead of exchanging the exact product. Please contact support if you have any further questions.

International Orders : ALL SALES ARE FINAL ONCE THE PRODUCT HAS BEEN SHIPPED. The courier used is either UPS or USPS. USPS standard shipping does not allow for tracking once the product arrives in the customer's country unless additional postage for expedited shipping is paid. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit, once the package has arrived to customer's country. Additional insurance may be purchased to cover lost packages. Contact us to purchase additional postage if it is required. Courier fees and duties must be paid by customer if required. If customer does not pay duties and the product is returned, a refund will NOT be issued.
